For owner, Heather Giuli, a passionate chocoholic and mom of three, homemade chocolate should taste like a mouthful of happiness. Bethesda Chocolates seeks to recreate the incredible flavors and ambiance she found in the chocolate shops she visited in Belgium as an American University college student.  Over hot cups of freshly ground espresso drinks, high end teas or hot chocolate (made from scratch), customers can linger for hours using the free Wi-Fi or playing board games, while savoring caramel twists, hand rolled truffles, ganache-filled dark chocolates, pecan turtles or hand dipped chocolate covered pretzels.
